Altar Servers Boys and girls 5th through 8th grades.

Qualifications are: 1) commitment to

obligation 2) must be reliable and show up

at scheduled time. 3) neatness in

appearance is a requirement 4) provide an example of prayer.

Children Liturgy of the Word

The coordinator takes the children after the

9:30 am Sunday Mass into another room.

She then talks to the children about the Mass

they just attended, to give them a better

understanding.

Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP)

Lectors Group of men and women communicate

the Word of God at Mass through Scripture

readings. They also inform and invite

parishioners to parish activities by means

of announcements.

This group plans and evaluates the celebration

of the Liturgical 'seasons' for the parish. Their function is to provide opportunities for individuals to share in liturgy development and grow in under-

standing the Church's rituals and to develop

and encourage better worship for all parishioners.

Ministers of Ministers of Care hope to extend the Church's

Care love and concern for the sick and homebound

by a personal visit that includes prayerful

distribution of Holy Communion, bringing

parish news (the church bulletin) also

reaching out to bereaving families with

visits and correspondence.
