A parent must be present at time of registration.
Parents must bring in their child S.S.#, birth certificate, baptismal certificate and proof of residency (phone bill-electric bill).
Any child entering kindergarten must reach the age of 5 years old on or before September 1st.

Eligibility
The extended day program is available for all students of St. Rene School from kindergarten through eighth grade. The school reserves the right to discontinue services immediately for non-payment by parents weekly, or misbehavior by any student.
Registration
Any parent wishing to enroll their child/children in the extended day program must register by completing the form distributed at the beginning of the school year. A registration fee of $30.00 per school year is required at the time of registration. A REGISTRATION EMERGENCY INFORMATION FORM MUST BE ON FILE IN THE EXTENDED DAY ROOM BEFORE ANY CHILD CAN US THE PROGRAM.
Hours
Extended day class is held each day:
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
2:40 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Cost and Billing
Billing will be only in half-hour increments. Bills are submitted to parents Monday of each week for previous weeks usage and are paid in full by Friday. Late Charge of $5.00 will be applied if paid after due date.

1 CHILD

2 CHILDREN $5.50 Per Hour
3 or MORE CHILDREN $7.50 Per Hour
In order to maintain these fees. Children should bring their own snacks/beverages and activities such as homework or a book to read to keep them busy.
Extended day closes PROMPTLY at 5:30 p.m. each day. Please make other arrangements for times when you will not be able to arrive by 5:30 p.m.
LATE CHARGES AFTER 5:30 P.M. $1.00 EVERY 1 MINUTES AFTER 5:30 P.M. ~ NO EXCEPTIONS.
Scheduling
All scheduling is done via the forms which are issued at the beginning of the school year. You may sign up your child as a regular user or occasional user. In order to use the facility you must have on file your registration form and submitted your registration fee.
No phone request for admittance or changes in schedule will be taken at the school office during the regular school day. Only in the event of an emergency will any be permitted. Written notification of any change in schedule is requested.
Supervision
Students are supervised at all times. No child is ever released from the extended day program alone. Each student will only be released to the designated adult on the registration form. All parents picking up children after school or bringing to school in the morning must ring the school bell and identify him/herself.
