To Be Continued/High School Teen Group
'To be continued...' is a high school age teen gathering that takes place at St. Rene on an every other monthly basis.
It is hosted by Fr. Terry Deffenbaugh, an Augustinian priest and youth minister who is presently involved in 20 parishes. The teen club is a focused activity and discussion on teen issues ranging from peer pressure to values to a meditation about Jesus on the cross to just about any topic the group would like to bring up. We also try to present opportunities for service in the parish and community, and just have a good time together with friends from the parish.
'To be continued...'can provide an opportunity for your son or daughter to think through those issues that face them as a high school teen, give them a support group, and help them keep a Catholic perspective in their lives. Even if your teen attends a Catholic High School, 't.b.c...' will be a different experience for him or her and valuable.

On Tuesdays
Group of volunteer Catechists and staff communicates spiritual knowledge and religious history to public school children from first through eighth grade and providing sacramental preparation for students third to eighth grade, who do not attend St. Rene school. Classes are conducted on Saturday 9:00 am to 11:00 am. See sidebar link for Religious Education program.
