O Lord,
You gave me a mind to think and learn.
You gave me a heart to love and care.
You gave me the freedom to choose between good and bad.
Bless me during this school year.
Help me always use your gifts in ways that will please you.
And most of all, Lord,
Remind me each day to tell you how much I love you.
In the name of Jesus.
AMEN
