As a Reminder,
Anyone volunteering their time within our school or with parish activities involving our students, must complete a background check.
This is mandated by the Archdiocese of Chicago and is for the safety of our students.
It is a quick and easy process. It may be completed online or manually, with the manual form to be returned to the school office or rectory for finalization. You may contact us for a convenient time to come to the Computer classroom if you do not have Internet access.
In addition to the background check, attendance at a "Virtus" training session is needed along with completion of 2 additional forms.--Code of Conduct and DCFS.
